I was appointed in 2008 as a Connecticut State Marshal by Governor Jodi Rell after the completion of an extensive training course in proper procedures and statutes taught by Attorney Owen Egan and several seasoned Connecticut State Marshals. This course was developed for the Connecticut State Marshal Commission which is a division of the State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services. I have been working with Connecticut State Marshals since 1995 serving legal process both statewide and nationally and I have strong ties to the legal community since 1984. My office is located at 67 Burnside Avenue in East Hartford, CT. Although I maintain an office with full-time staff, most of my days and evenings are spent working from my mobile office.
As a Connecticut State Marshal, I personally ensure that deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are met with the utmost attention to accuracy and detail. I am highly regarded as a key resource, critical thinker, and out-of-the-box problem solver. I have many resources available including skip tracing, which is used for locating hard to find people due to missing or incorrect addresses, etc.. As a Connecticut State Marshal, I am able to access Connecticut DMV records through the Connecticut State Marshal Commission with respect to motor vehicle actions.
